About The Role

The Operations Analyst provides critical analytical, strategic, and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, driving operational insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional efforts that align with business priorities.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Operational & Strategic Reporting

  • Design, maintain, and deliver dashboards and reporting packs for key operational metrics across engineering, delivery, service, and partner functions.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support the COO in performance management, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Track KPIs, Objectives, and initiatives across global operations to ensure accountability and progress toward strategic goals.
 Project & Initiative Support
  • Support the planning and execution of COO-led programmes and transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate input across departments for board or exec-level updates, ensuring high-quality and consistent outputs.
  • Conduct market, competitor, or internal analysis to support operational strategy development.

Process & Performance Improvement

  • Identify and investigate operational inefficiencies, proposing data-backed recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of process optimisation and automation opportunities in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Maintain documentation of key operational workflows and governance frameworks.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a liaison between the Operations team and other business units, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on actions and deliverables.
  • Prepare briefings, presentations, and business cases to support internal reviews and strategic conversations.
  • Support internal meetings and workshops by coordinating agendas, capturing actions, and ensuring timely delivery.

 

About You

 
·       Experience in an analytical, operations, or business support role – ideally in Telecoms, digital infrastructure, or technology sectors.
·       Strong proficiency with data tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarise complex data into clear, actionable insights.
·       Proven ability to work across functions and manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
·       Highly organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, senior stakeholder environment.
·       Exposure to project or programme management, business strategy, or operational excellence initiatives desirable.
