About The Role

This role is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions within a growing Agile development team. Based in Denver, the developer will contribute to configuration-based and custom API development, CI/CD and automated testing initiatives, and integration of Salesforce with finance, invoicing, and expense systems. The role supports the creation of reusable components and service offerings tailored to client needs.

  • Deliver Salesforce development tasks including configuration, Apex coding, and API integrations.
  • Collaborate with UK-based DevOps and IT teams to ensure alignment and continuity.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management processes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Assist in the integration of Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP, finance, invoicing).
  • Maintain and enhance documentation for solutions, processes, and field mappings.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Provide input into UAT and training plans for new features and releases.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and assess applicability to the organisation.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and feedback loops across global teams.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and Apex development.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.

Desirable Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
  • Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL)
  • Familiarity with financial systems integration
  • Exposure to ITSM processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
