As part of the IT team, you’ll help provide technical support across the organisation, resolve support tickets, assist users with queries, and get involved in delivering IT projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with hybrid infrastructure, including Windows and macOS devices, SaaS platforms, and networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Prioritise and resolve support tickets, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Provide friendly and helpful end user support across hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Follow change control procedures and contribute to the creation of change requests.
• Assist with IT projects and attend internal IT review meetings.
• Provide administrative and technical support to the IT Manager.
• Monitor quality of work and report findings as required.
• Identify where users may need additional training and communicate this appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and policies.
