Indigo is a strategic operational partner for critical digital infrastructure. We help customers design, deploy, support and scale the infrastructure their businesses rely on, giving them greater control, consistency and confidence. Our teams work across subsea, terrestrial, wireless, data centre and NOC environments, bringing specialist expertise, 24/7 support, field services and managed services together under one accountable model.

Being part of Indigo means working in a business where operational excellence, customer trust and doing things properly matter. We support customers in complex, performance-critical environments, helping them reduce risk, protect
performance and deliver with confidence. Our people are central to that mission, bringing the skill, responsiveness and accountability needed to support the next generation of digital infrastructure. As an Investors in People Gold accredited employer, we're committed to investing in the growth and development of our people.

About The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role, with the majority of your time spent on site carrying out wireless surveys, alongside follow-up office and desktop work. You’ll travel to customer sites across Ireland, with projects generally allocated on a regional basis depending on demand. Travel is an integral part of the role and offers the opportunity to work across a range of locations and projects as our client base continues to grow. You’ll report to the Project Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry Out Site Surveys: Attend sites to accurately capture existing site information and identify the optimal solution in line with client specifications and known constraints.
  • Prioritise Health & Safety: Complete site risk assessments before work begins, identify and report hazards or defects, and implement appropriate control measures to ensure surveys are carried out safely and in line with current legislation.
  • Represent Indigo on Site: Act as a professional and conscientious representative of Indigo when attending surveys and MSVs, protecting the interests of both Indigo and the customer at all times.
  • Work with Site Stakeholders: Liaise effectively with everyone involved in the survey, including site providers, Design, Acquisition, Planning, Construction and Radio teams, to ensure the required information is captured and communicated.
  • Documentation: Collate survey notes, sketches, photographs and other site information clearly and concisely for submission to the client, ensuring project-specific reports and documentation are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
  • Support Project Progress: Assist with resolving queries and providing the information needed to enable sites to progress to Design as quickly as possible.
  • Follow Company Procedures: Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as client-specific site access requirements, including signing in and out of sites.

  • Qualifications: Full clean driving licence, Safe Pass, First Aid, Working at Height (rooftop), RF Awareness (ICNIRP), and Advanced Climbing & Tower Rescue.
  • IT & Communication: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good reporting, communication and IT skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Determined, enthusiastic and keen to learn, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
